GameBiz Consulting is looking for a sharp, confident, good-natured Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant is expected to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the growth of our company.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support across a wide range of projects.
About the role
Your job responsibilities will include:
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendar and set up external meetings for the CEO.
- Assist CEO in preparing for meetings with clients.
- Support the CEO with client account management.
- Handle the CEO’s professional and personal tasks such as travel, shopping, reservations, etc.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
Administration
- Handle employee-related admin work such as agreements, vacations, sick days, work hours.
- Handle communication and bookkeeping work with our accounting department such as invoicing, documentation, reporting.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Office
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, contracts and budgeting for office supplies.
- Manage office inventory and stocks.
- Reading incoming office emails and distributing them as needed.
Employee Experience
- Support recruiting and onboarding process of new employees.
- Organize office and offsite events.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure seamless functioning of all benefits.
Relevant Experience for the Role:
- Previous experience in supporting a senior executive or a leadership team
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills in English and Serbian
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Be comfortable collecting information and feedback from across the business, come up with or identify innovative ideas, and convert thoughts into actions in a structured manner.
