GameBiz Consulting helps mobile game and app developers grow their business through ad monetization, user acquisition, publishing, business development, and advisory services.
We are a small team of people who genuinely care about games, the teams building them, and the business behind them. Our clients range from ambitious indie studios to established publishers, and our job is to help them make better decisions, grow revenue, and build healthier long-term businesses.
Your main job in this role will be to support senior members of our Ad Monetization Team in all their activities, which are aimed at maximizing the client’s ad ARPDAU and maintaining a great relationship with the clients and the advertising partners.
About the role
Your day-to-day will vary depending on the client and the app you'll be working on, with the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize ad ARPDAU, ad revenue, eCPM, impressions, and fill rate among live ad network partners through:some text
- Collecting data needed to optimize the performance
- Execute A / B tests designed by the senior members of the team or independently create proposals for the A / B tests
- Help with resolving issues caused by ads (helping to identify and block problematic ads)
- Help with gathering market insights needed for writing up our own articles
- Help with organizing internal documentation that can help us improve our processes or to onboard new team members
- Help senior members of the team prepare for relevant industry events and conferences
- Consistently play games of our clients and their competitors to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities
- Stay on top of industry trends (ad monetization and beyond)
- Collecting market insights needed to expand our client base (playing games, collecting relevant company info and contacts, first stage of reaching out)

- Previous work experience: Not expected, but any work experience, especially from within the video game industry is highly preferred.
