Ad Monetization Specialist

Job Description

You will be working on in-game advertising in multiple free to play, mobile games from leading game development studios in Europe and beyond. You will be taking care of in-game ads with the main objective of maximizing their ad ARPDAU and maintaining a good relationship with our clients.


As part of your responsibilities you will be working with multiple clients at once, which also means working on many games at the same time. As part of your role, you will have the chance to work with all leading mediation providers, ad networks and to work on all mainstream in-game formats (rewarded video, interstitial, offer wall, banner, native ads).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and Optimize Ad ARPDAU, Ad Revenue, eCPM, Impressions, and Fill rates among live Ad network partners through:
    • Segmenting users to optimize Ad targeting
    • Running A/B tests to optimize ad network-based monetization efforts
    • Negotiating deals to constantly optimize Ad revenue generated through ad network partners
    • Proposing in-game improvements (new formats, placements, rewards, capping and cooldown) as well as ad serving improvements (new networks, mediation providers, etc.)
    • Waterfall and bidding management
    • Resolving technical and other issues that might arise (user complaints, integration problems, etc.)
  • Manage business relationships with ad network partners, from on-boarding to post-integration          
  • Consistently play games of our clients and their competitors to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities      
  • Benchmark/Evaluate Ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints,             
  • Collaborating and effectively communicating with all stake-holders, including client’s in-house teams  (UA, Data Analysts, Product teams, etc.)
  • Stay on top of industry trends (ad monetization and beyond)
  • Actively work on signing up new clients

  • You have preferably a background in mobile advertising technology
  • You have a passion for results, a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • You are a self-starter and organized
  • You are comfortable working remotely
